Highlights of the 2025 LET Season

The 2025 season will go down in history as one of the most successful and dynamic in the history of the Ladies European Tour. Europe’s professional women’s golf tour once again confirmed its strength, growing prestige, and outstanding sporting quality. Czech players also left a significant mark on the season.

The undisputed Czech star of the year was Sára Kousková, who established herself among the LET elite with a series of remarkable achievements. She was one of just 11 players to claim her maiden Ladies European Tour victory in 2025, and she went on to win two tournaments in a row, an exceptional accomplishment at this level. In addition, she recorded two victories in the Aramco Team Series, underlining her consistency and her ability to succeed both individually and in the team format.

The Ladies European Tour in 2025 once again highlighted its truly international character. A total of 416 players from 52 countries, including 43 rookies, competed during the season. Twenty-seven tournaments were played across 20 countries on five continents. The total prize fund reached a record €39.5 million, with several events setting new financial benchmarks. For example, the AIG Women’s Open offered prize money of USD 9.75 million, the highest in the tournament’s history.

The 2025 season also delivered a number of compelling sporting stories. Mimi Rhodes emerged as the breakthrough player of the year, winning three tournaments in her rookie season. Considerable attention was also drawn by 16-year-old Anna Huang, who claimed back-to-back victories. The race for the Order of Merit remained open until the very last day of the season and was ultimately won by Shannon Tan, who also earned the Player of the Year award.

The Tipsport Czech Ladies Open is an integral part of the Ladies European Tour calendar and offers Czech fans a unique opportunity to watch world-class women’s golf on home soil, including players who now belong to the global elite. The 2025 season once again demonstrated that women’s golf is experiencing remarkable growth, delivering powerful stories and exceptional performances — and Czech golf is very much part of that success.
