Young Golf Talents Shine at Junior Pro-Am Alongside LET Players

The Tuesday ahead of the start of the Tipsport Czech Ladies Open traditionally belonged to young golfers. The Junior Pro-Am took place at the Royal Beroun Golf Club, offering a unique opportunity to play alongside competitors from the Ladies European Tour and experience the atmosphere of a top-level professional tournament.

Fourteen teams composed of junior players and professional golfers competed on the front nine of the Beroun course, with a great atmosphere from the very first tee shot through to the final results ceremony.

For the young participants, however, the competition itself was not the greatest reward. Far more valuable was the chance to spend an afternoon alongside professional players, observe their game, receive useful advice, and see what golf at the highest level looks like. This connection between the emerging generation and LET players is the main purpose of the Junior Pro-Am and is traditionally one of the most popular events of the tournament week.

After the round, participants enjoyed refreshments and a meet-and-greet with Czech players. An autograph session followed, during which young golfers collected signatures and took photos with players who will soon compete for the title at the Tipsport Czech Ladies Open.
