The Royal Beroun Golf Club became the golf course for the Czech Ladies European Tour for the fourth time in a row. The prize money for one of the 30 tournaments of the world professional series was increased by fifty percent to 300,000 euros this year. In total, the Ladies European Tour 2023 is playing for a record of €35 million.

The Czech Republic is one of the 21 host countries of the series. Moreover, this year our country has a record representation of female players on the LET. Playing cards are held by last year tournament winners: Jana Melichova, the championship defender at the Tipsport Czech Ladies Open, and Klára Davidson Spilková, the winner of the KPMG Irish Women Open. Thanks to the historical first place at the second European LET Access Series, Sara Kouskova and Tereza Melecka gained a full playing card, who successfully graduated from qualifying school in La Manga, Spain. They showed a great result the same as Tereza Koželuhová who earned a partial playing card. Participation in approximately three-quarters of the tournaments is assured by successful results from 2022 for Kristyna Napoleová, the second place at the Aramco Saudi Ladies, to be exact.

Klara Davidson Spilkova was the best in the Race to Costa del Sol European Rankings 2023. She has gained 11th place, after three consecutive Top 10 places. Clara Davidson Spilkova along with all the aforementioned players is signed to Beroun Ladies Open Tournament. At the same time, along with at least the top four Czech amateur women players, the other domestic professionals should start the tournament including Šideri Váňová, Kateřina Vlašínová, and Eva Koželuhová. Home team Royal Beroun Golf Club will also receive one playing place.

Among the foreign players who have already announced their names are South African Lee-Anne Pace, the winner of 11 LET tournaments and the Order of Merit ranking, Johanna Gustavsson from Sweden, the third player of the last season runner-up, and two of the last year tournament winners: Ana Pelaez from Spain and Liz Young from England.
